THANK YOU so much for your opinion on the skirt. I appreciate people who are willing to nicely give an honest critique. Please feel free to continue.

When I bought the skirt, I was thirty pounds heavier. The elastic waist is doing all the work at this point. That's probably affecting the - LOL definitely affecting the - fit. I've been trying to get rid of these for years and for one reason or another they get pulled out and worn. Perhaps I had better bundle them up and throw them out or at the least do a little damage. I've been contemplating re-working them into tops.
