There was a thread on SG where this coat was discussed exhaustively. Those who tried it had lot of trouble because of the kimono sleeves twisting, plus the collar is the same size for all sizes. Ann Rowley made it and wasn't happy with how it was drafted. Anyhow, it's the collar that's the "it" detail.
