After a few more adjustments, here is how the back looks. (Before this round of alterations on the left, after on the right.) Much better, I think.

And the side views:

In this second alteration session, I made the following changes:
- took in CB seam 1/2" at the waist, tapering down to the hip and up to about 2" below the neckline;
- took out a 1/4" wedge at CB neck, tapering to nothing at shoulder point;
- scooped out both back and front armhole 1/2", blending toward the notches and bottom of armhole;
- FBA 1/2" as described in Nancy's Jackets book.

I am not planning any further alterations until I have made up this pattern in a nice wool suiting. Hopefully sometime in the next two weeks or so.
It also looks like I should find a chiropractor in this town soon. That crooked posture with one shoulder lower is just not normal for me.

That is looking really good. I am wondering if those drag lines from shoulder to bust (mainly on your right side) is a square shoulder adjustment? Maybe just at the front because the back looks fine. But really you have done a great job! I know how much hard work it is.
Worth the persistence. It will look terrific.
