Pesky life gets in the way

I haven't posted lately. I haven't really been doing much lately but studying books, doing research, writing papers, taking tests... you get the picture.
I do have a small piece of knitting on the needles, about 30 stitches, that I pick up here and there and knit a few rows to keep my fingers nimble. Not much to it, just garter stitch, but it keeps my hands occupied and puts my mind at ease.

On the rare occasion that I do have time for things unrelated to school, I've been spending it on Ravelry. It's an awesome website for knitters and crocheters, a huge database, really. Very well designed and intuitive, it inspires and helps to pick out new projects, share current or finished projects, and connect with other fiberly-afflicted souls.

And now it's time to get back to the big, thick, heavy... schoolbooks.
