Bummer!
A horrible thing happened today - after two days of knitting and reknitting the back and front of a sleeveless sweater (beginner machine knitter here), blocking, and kitchener-stitching the left shoulder seam, I hung the neckline back on the machine to work the cowl. Ten rows later, I realized a stitch got hung there that didn't belong and before I could fix it, the yarn broke. So now I have a gaping hole that I don't know how to fix. I took the whole thing off the machine and will probably start all over again, just not today.

How frustrating! I'm considering a knitting machine so I can make the husband his Dr. Who scarf. He's not getting it any other way.
Hope you can figure out a way to get things back on track on your sweater.
